What makes a home healthy for one may not be the same for another.

There are many triggers; i.e. Molds, V.O.C.'s, allergens, all of which affect individuals differently.

With proper planning, supervision, and a basic knowledge of "Better Building Practices" you should be able to live healthier and more comfortably in your home.

If you have planned and built the most environmentally conscious, energy efficient home or commercial building that is appropriate for your situation, then the next step is maintaining it in a clean and healthy manner. Thankfully this doesn't mean you have to spend every waking hour cleaning. It will however require a "new way" of thinking about it.
